How to claim damaged goods?
To claim, damage caused during transportation we require uncut unboxing video of the order received. Also, there will be a picture of order shared before dispatching.
How to cancel an order?
Cancelation of orders can take place only before payment is completed. No additions/changes will take place once the order is placed.
What to do if the parcel has been returned to you?
By any chance if the parcel fails to get delivered to you & returns to us. We will re-ship the parcel provided it wasn’t an error from your end. If the customer fails to receive the parcel after multiple attempts or contact details are inappropriate, in that case the parcel will be reshipped only if the customer pays for it.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are only initiated if any product is out of stock. No refunds will be initiated in case you change your mind, since most of the products are customised.
Exchanges and returns?
We do not exchange or accept return orders as most of the things are handmade & personalised. In case of damage, we would require uncut unboxing video to claim a discount coupon for next order.
